Is there a bag policy?
Bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched before entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 10 PM for most shows unless otherwise noted. Headlining acts typically begin around 12AM. We recommend arriving early to avoid lines.

What items are prohibited at CTRL Room?
- Professional-grade tripods, monopods, drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), GoPros, selfie sticks, or any professional camera equipment without proper CTRL Room Dallas media credentials
- Laser pointers, flashlights, light-up gloves
- Tablets or laptops
- Audio/video recording equipment (excluding mobile phones)
- Musical instruments (including whistles, etc.)
- Drones or hover cameras
- Hydration backpacks (Camelbaks, Bota, etc.)
- Backpacks (large totes, large purses, duffle bags) — only bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″ allowed
- Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.)
- Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia of any kind
- Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
- Animals or pets of any kind (service animals permitted)
- Toys of any kind, including stuffed animals, flow toys, glowsticks, pacifiers, props, or anything deemed unsafe
- Glass, metal, or plastic containers of any kind
- Outside food or beverages
- Illegal vending of any kind
- Unauthorized or unlicensed vendors
- Totems, hula-hoops, or poi
- CBD, THC, or cylindrical tobacco cartridges
- Any items deemed a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management
